Confusion Runneth Rampant

Picture with me if you will... pants. Pants you have just worn, pants that you now must wash. You look at the tag hoping to see that best of all phrases, "Machine wash cold, tumble dry low."

Instead it mocks you. It says, "Wash: Garment Wash."

WHAT THE SAMHELL DOES THAT MEAN??
