I was thinking about my icon situation today, and as the website situation (yes, I have a lot of situations) will probably not be resolved tootsweet... well then only one thing for it GIP! Below you'll find some (whittled down from over 300) of my favorite icons I've ever made. For those following my illustrious icon career [/sarcasm] this will be nothing new (Hi Bargers!)

Thanks darlin'! The new state is ... well, I'm getting used to it *lol*

As for the new home, on April 4th we go to pick out the cabinets and the flooring, and all that kind of fun stuff :D I'm excited about that step.

Forgive the lateness, I'm really behind on replies.

I have thought about doing an icon tutorial before. but never know which one I should do. Is there one you particuarly like?

Oooooooooh....man. What a choice. -- I really love the one you did of Doyle (#30 in the big icon post), and also the one you just did of Anya from OMWF (the one that doesn't have a caption). I'm rather square where icons are concerned -- I tend to like "blanks" best and those two were really lovely.

Ooh, thanks for posting! I was really jonesing for some new icons to play with. I really have to think about getting that paid account now...

One thing I've never quite been able to figure out - how does one save the animated ones? (I'm on a Mac.) I love the one of Spike in Africa, and I need to know how to grab it properly.

And fi could I make a plea... some more Anya? Pleeeaase? : )

Ugh, I'm not sure on a Mac. On a PC, you right-click and "save picture as." Are you having problems with the animation not saving correctly? 'Cause when you look at the icon in your files, it will be a still picture, even if it really has the whole thing saved.

Huh! Maybe that's it. It saves as a single .gif, so maybe it works, but I can't see more than the still pic. Dur, my tech knowledge is pretty low.

Really good!I snagged #'s 2, 12, 21, 31, and 40. I really really really wanted 14, but, for some reason I can't save animated icons so they *stay* animated. It's an ongoing source of frustration for me =( But, it's really good! All of these are great!! good job!

One way you might be able to get around that it to take the URL of the animated gif, go to a web page that you control and add a link to the gif like this:

[a href="http://giflocation.gif"]right-click to get the gif[/a]

And then you just right-click and save target as. Of course, with the proper <>s. ;-) For some reason, it works when it's a link for me, but not if it's the image you are trying to save. Make sense?

I found them by googling a whole bunch. One of the places I got them from is having major hosting issues. Try a Google image search for Buffy comic and see how you do. I'm really sorry I can't be more help :(
